Goal Update

For my 26th birthday I made a list of 26 goals. I'm going to attempt to use this blog to track my progress on them, and see how I did on my 27th birthday.
Here's the list:
1) Move to Nashville, TN - Reassessed, changing to Move out of state. Seriously looking at Charleston, SC, or Phoenix, AZ. Right now we have the money saved, which is the biggest part of the battle.
2) Start work on my Bachelor's degree in Business Management - Still working on this one
3) Start a family - Trying!
4) Adopt a doxie - We adopted 2 kittens instead.. much better for life in an apartment!
5) Grow my hair - Doing well at this!
6) Leave my hair blonde for the entire year - Haven't colored it since August!
7) Find a job that doesn't make me want to open a vein - Check!
8) Learn how to use my sewing machine - I'm trying to wait until we move for this.
9) Be more organized - I'm getting there.. there's a lot more room for improvement.
10) Learn how to say no - Still need a lot of work on this.
11) Be better at time management - I'm improving.
12) Save money and start a budget - Getting better at this as well.
13) Read 10 books that aren't romance novels - 4 down, 6 to go! (Fight Club, The Giver, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Sloppy Seconds: The Tucker Max Leftovers)
14) Be less of a packrat - Definitely making strides on this one!
15) Go on lots of adventures - We haven't really traveled this year, mostly because of saving money for Goal #1.
16) Maintain friendships - Doing my best
17) Make new friends - Success!
18) Make one thing from Pinterest a month - Success!
19) Make wedding scrapbook - I have the book and the prints
20) Maintain a sappy, happy marriage - Success!
21) Write more - Not so successful!
22) Learn to knit or crochet - Success! I can knit!
23) Have more realistic expectations - I'm allowing myself to adjust my expectations based on the circumstances rather than my desires, which seems more realistic.
24) Be a supportive and encouraging wife - Doing my best
25) Make more gifts - Success!
26) Learn how to make mom's green bean soup - Failure. She doesn't seem to want to teach me.
